The CL balance is not self-custody
Ledger’s FAQ is explicit: funds stay self-custodied only while the keys are on your signer. After you transfer them to the CL account, they are custodial. Do not file this card as self-custody.

Full check with the issuer
The card is provided by Baanx. EU accounts are operated by UAB Monavate and UK accounts by Monavate Ltd. Expect an identity check there. A Ledger signer is optional.

The FAQ says you can add the card to Apple Pay. Google Pay terms exist on the provider site. FX and a conversion percent were not on the Ledger page, so they stay unpublished.
